Ayesha Durrani

Program Manager

Ayesha Durrani is a feminist development practitioner with over 10 years of experience designing and managing complex programmes across humanitarian and development contexts in Asia and the Pacific. As Program Manager for The Possibilities Collective Programme at Generation Mental Health, she brings expertise in programme design, adaptive management, MEAL systems, and participatory, locally led approaches.

Ayesha has led resource mobilisation and programme portfolios supported by major bilateral donors and global foundations, and has previously worked for UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as well as Urgent Action Fund Asia and Pacific (UAF A&P). Her work is grounded in rights-based, decolonial, and feminist frameworks, with a strong focus on accountability, evidence generation, and impact storytelling. She holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Shruti Bora

Project Associate

Shruti is an Indigenous queer mental health researcher and community builder from Northeast India, passionate about making mental health care more inclusive, accessible, and rooted in lived experience. Growing up in a region shaped by political violence and cultural marginalization, they have experienced how mental health struggles are tied to social and systemic issues—and that’s what sparked their journey into this field.

With a background in psychology and hands-on research experience, Shruti has worked on projects across youth mental health, addiction, and depression care—and are especially interested in amplifying voices from communities often left out of the conversation.
